Every now and then I’ve attended a series of brainstorming workshops to help come up with new product ideas or process improvements. These are very effective in creating new approaches, however there are other ways too. Many introverts innovate independently of anyone else and often invent something completely original as a result. Think Steve Jobs or James Dyson!
